Seeking a personable, self-directed, trauma-informed professional to fill a full time grant funded position. Individual is responsible for management of the Helpline including supervision and consultation to staff and volunteers. Specialist maintains reports from call tracking system to inform the quality improvement process, observe and track trends on helpline and in agency programs to inform the development of danger assessment and safety planning for the agency. Utilize critical thinking and maintain attention to detail while providing consultation to staff and clients with high risk safety concerns. Candidate must be flexible to meet the needs of clients, staff, and volunteers.
Qualifications: Minimum BSW or related degree, Master’s preferred, willing to work some evenings. Candidate must have the ability to engage and communicate effectively with volunteers, staff, clients, and other professionals in the field.
