Clinician for Keeping Families Together Program
180 Turning Lives Around (180TLA) is seeking 3 Full-time Clinicians for our Keeping Families Together (KFT) program.
Master’s degree in social work (or related field) with LCSW/LPC required. Must have 2 years post-masters counseling experience with knowledge of the issues related to domestic and sexual violence, child abuse, human trafficking, and trauma. Bilingual Spanish preferred.
One clinician must also possess the LCADC credential.
Possess knowledge and experience in the treatment of mental health issues and substance use. Possess knowledge and skills to serve diverse populations and provide culturally competent services.
Clinician will provide direct therapeutic support to families identified by DCP&P who are in the KFT program. Will provide ongoing in-home psychosocial assessment and individual counseling services. Must have the ability to assess children, adults, families, create treatment plans, and provide a variety of modalities of treatment based on the needs of the client.
Candidate must possess strong clinical, communication, problem-solving, advocacy, networking and collaborative skills.
Successful completion of 40 hours domestic violence training required (can be provided upon hire). Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as basic computer skills (email, word, excel, PowerPoint).
