The Monmouth County Batterers Intervention Program is seeking a Batterers Intervention Program Facilitator to provide direct services and facilitate BIP groups for clients of the New Jersey Association on Correction BIP. Under the direction of the Program Supervisor, the BIP Facilitator will provide periodic reports and coordinate with other staff throughout NJAC, Child Protection & Permanency, domestic violence programs and other community agencies as needed.
Successful candidates should have a Bachelors degree; a minimum of 40 hours of Domestic Violence Training and Batterers Intervention education.
