The case manager would be responsible for providing case management to 10 tenants and, if applicable, their children in our permanent supportive housing complex for female survivors of domestic violence and their children.
The case manager would be:
Required to meet with tenants, at least, on a (bi-)weekly basis and discuss goals they would like to achieve.
Responsible for referring the tenants to necessary resources and services and respond to various needs each resident may have.
The case manager will be joining a dynamic team of professionals and interns committed to bringing about concrete change in the lives of survivors and their children, thus the case manager needs to be a “team-player” with all the staff. Meetings and regular communication with the Executive Director of the Town Clock CDC are imperative, as well as working with the Program Coordinator.

40 Hour New Jersey Domestic Violence Training Required.
Master’s Degree in Human Service related field or equivalent experience required.
Computer literacy required.
Strong knowledge of resources available in the New Brunswick area preferred. Previous case management experience preferred.
40 hour Domestic Violence training is necessary.
Domestic Violence Response Team experience is preferred.
