Case Manager for Family Justice Center
180 Turning Lives Around (180TLA) is seeking a Part-time Case Manager for the Family Justice Center (FJC) Program located in the Monmouth County Superior Court in Freehold.
Bachelor’s degree in social work (or related field) required. Experience with providing case management, legal assistance and advocacy to individuals and families. Possess knowledge of domestic and sexual violence, human trafficking, child abuse, elder abuse and trauma.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Ongoing case management service to clients • Collaborating with FJC partners and community agencies • Conducting needs assessments and linking clients to resources/services • Providing phone support, information and referrals Successful completion of 40 hours domestic violence training required (can be provided upon hire). Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as basic computer skills (email, word, excel, PowerPoint).
This position is 20 hours per week. Work schedule may vary: Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm only.
